• Company / practice name, optional, to understand your context.
• Message and subject, the content of your enquiry.

We do not collect any patient data, diagnostic images, or health records through this website.

We use the information you submit exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiry or demo request.
• Follow up regarding a pilot program or partnership you expressed interest in.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), specifically responding to a contact request you initiated, and, where applicable, on the basis of your consent.

5. Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so we can refer back to prior conversations. You may request deletion at any time (see section 7).

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance (for example page views). Per Vercel's design, this does not use third-party advertising cookies; data is aggregated and not used to personally identify visitors across sites.
